I started this week with collecting a stool for a model to sit on during Remix’s last photoshoot. I was shown the room in which the photoshoot would be occurring so that I could visualise the appropriate stool to suit the theme of the shoot. I picked out a tall white stool with a wooden seat which looked perfect against the white walls and wooden floors.
I was then assigned two written jobs, one on a new store in Tauranga – Boys Next Door, and one on a competition held by Remix and Hopt soda. The competition piece was new to me, but I was able to write accordingly after analysing previous competition entries on Remix’s website. Isabelle posted it online without having to edit my work.
Near the end of the week I was assigned the role of looking through other online magazines, checking out what sort of things they wrote about and making a list of what might be some cool online entries from Remix in the future. Obviously I didn’t want to copy the ideas straight off the block, so I had to come up with some original ideas that were ultimately inspired by the entries I had found.
On the last day of the week I did some more drop offs for Remix, then the team gave me the rest of the day off to go enjoy my evening.
